Lisa Owen
Director of Administrative Services


Lisa Owen has worked for the East Fork Fire Protection District since March of 1996, starting in the ambulance billing department and eventually moving into her current position of Director of Administrative

Lisa ensures that the day-to-day administrative tasks necessary to keep the District running are accomplished.  She is also responsible for the supervision of three administrative personnel who provide support to the District’s Board of Directors, Chief Officers, and executive-level staff.  Additionally, Lisa oversees and manages the District’s Human Resources program, workers compensation, and health insurance plans for the District. 

Lisa is certified with the International Association of Certified Professionals, achieving the highest rating possible. 



Holly Megee

Holly Megee joined the East Fork Fire Protection District in July 2016 as an Office Specialist and worked her way to an Administrative Specialist II position where she not only provides technical-level administrative support to the Executive Staff members and members of the District but is also responsible for the duties of Board Clerk, in support of the District’s Board of Directors. 

Erica Amatore

Erica Amatore is an Office Specialist with the East Fork Fire District who provides high-level customer service and represents the District well as the first interaction you have when making contact with the District.  Erica regularly interacts with the public assisting with burn permits, plan submissions, and other general assistance.  Erica also works closely with the line staff to ensure the stations are in running order, as well as, scheduling public education events in the community that allow children to interact with our firefighters and see our apparatus.

Human Resourses

Toni Braga

Toni Braga started with the East Fork Fire District in April 2004 as a billing clerk and made her way to the position of Management Specialist II.  Toni works mostly in Human Resources where she manages employee and volunteer human relations matters, such as work related injuries, managing mandatory physicals, arranging mandatory training, until recently, grant management for the District and Emergency Management, and much more
