The East Fork Fire and Paramedic Districts are an all risk fire and EMS service provider and are one of Nevada's largest combination fire and emergency medical services agencies. Our career staff consists of one District Chief, three Deputy Chiefs, three Training Captains, two Fire Inspectors, three Battalion Chiefs, twelve Fire Captains, twenty one Paramedic/FFs, and eighteen EMT-II/FFs who work hand in hand with over 120 volunteer fire and medical personnel to meet the service demands of our community.

The districts support fourteen fire stations including eight (8) volunteer departments and five (5) stations manned 24/7 to provide structural firefighting, emergency medical services, wildland firefighting, and operations based hazardous materials response.
