At the May 19/2020 Borad of Directors meeting, East Fork Fire Prevention Division established a schedule for Development Review
Fees, Required Operational Permits and Inspection Fees, and Miscellaneous Fees for Service in accordance with the requirements of NAC 477, the International Fire Code,
and Title 20 of the Douglas County Code, effective June 1, 2020. The schedule of fees for each category are listed below.

Recreational and Ceremonial Burn Permits
A permit is required to conduct recreational or ceremonial burns. Below is the requirements for those permits. Permits are issued for a one-year period and must be renewed annually. Conctact
the District Office at 782-9040 to apply for a permit and the completed form will be emailed to you.
